Processor with id 'xyz' not found - Document AI - GCP

Setting up your first document processor and can't get past "processor not found"?
This stumped me for awhile and there doesn't to be any clear documentation as to what to do here. Typically the name we give to something in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is also the id of the item. This is not the case with Document AI.
You have to get the processor id from the UI or CLI, in the example screenshot below you can see the correct processor id would be "xxxxxx7ee5646198".
